He is wrinkeled, has a short black/grey beard and grey/black hair which is most of the time hidden beneath some kind of headpiece, Black Sunglasses which correct a slight eye defect and an ever present cigar. Bodywise he is the same as most Dwarfs, powerfully build with short stubby legs. Personality Excerpt taken from a conversation with Wedge: Most of those running in the shadows have a good reason for it, may it be traumas in their past, running from a megacorp or other. Not me, for me it is just work, nothing more, nothing less. I am good at one thing and one thing only: being a PI and hell beating the crap out of a good for nothing gangmember to gain information is a lot more profitable than doing potential divorse cases. However I am getting older and have noticed that I am starting to slow down, both mentally and psychically. "Normal" people have those nice retiring funds, I never thought beyond today. Perhaps it is time to dig a little bit deeper into those shadows and earn some more cash before my body gives up on me. Was admitted to UCLA, free state of California on April 2, 2030 - Criminal Justice. Left UCLA August 2032 for personal reasons. Joined the UCAS Special Forces for 5 tours, was forced to leave when his body was unable to deal with the requirements of a Special Forces operative. Worked at LAPD for 15 years, when the Megacorps took over city security, Charlie did not think the pay was up to the danger and turned PI. Returned to Seattle in 2054 after mother died to live in the family home (and take care of the numereous animals his mother had around here for company after his father died in 2042).
