For some years now people have been sighting "mutants" around Glow City, blaming it on the radiation left by the partial meltdown of the power plant, which was powering most of Seattle before Shiawase moved in and built there own. These rumours have never been confirmed, but this chummer here must be the most conclusive evidence we could find on this matter. So unless one of his parents is a K-9, and it's just a coincidence that geiger counters go off the chart when he's around, he is the result of some very nasty radiation poisoning and deformation.
We don't actually know if he does have K-9 DNA spliced into his genes, and maybe the get up is all just a coincidence, but his face looks vaguely like that of a dog. Long hair, flat nose, cleft upper lip. Tall, slender, strong, very athletic, and long claw-like fingernails. |
